ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the limited nature of our collections and made-to-order processing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including sizing, shipping address, and product selection.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping transit times are separate from processing times and may vary depending on the carrier.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopsagesteele.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
